Dr. Morteza Zare Oskouei is a researcher at Yildiz Technical University under the ECO-SPHERE programme. He holds a PhD in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Tabriz, Iran, where he also earned his MSc in Electrical Engineering—all with honors. He previously held a postdoctoral research position at Qatar University and is currently an Assistant Professor at Tabriz University of Technology.

Dr. Zare Oskouei is a recipient of the TÜBİTAK and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions fellowships working with Prof. Dr. Ozan ERDİNÇ. His research focuses on integrated energy systems, renewable energy, demand response programs, virtual energy storage, and energy markets. He combines these interests with expertise in machine learning and advanced modeling tools such as GAMS and DIgSILENT PowerFactory.
