Application Overview
Applications will soon be open for the ECO-SPHERE Postdoctoral Fellowship Second Call. All interested candidates are required to submit their applications exclusively through the online platform provided by ECO-SPHERE.
All applications must be submitted before 30 June 2025, 17:00 CET.
Before beginning your application, please make sure that you have read and understood all of the details contained within the Guide for Applicants and the Terms and Conditions documents.
A comprehensive application comprises multiple components, the specifics of which are outlined in the Guide for Applicants. This checklist serves as a helpful tool to ensure all necessary components are included. Additionally, the online portal provides step-by-step guidance to assist applicants in meeting the requirements.
Basic biographical details and supporting documents:
- Your name and email address are required to generate a profile on the portal.
- For statistical purposes, you will be asked to provide the details of your nationality and your identified gender.
- You will be asked to sign Personal Data Consent Form
- A copy of the Doctoral diploma and transcript of records are also required.
- A motivation letter (max. 2 pages) that includes an overview of research background and expertise, relevant skills and techniques, reason for applying, and the expected impact on career development.
- A CV in Europass template (max. 5 pages)
- Two Letters of References
- List of Academic publications and patents (if any).
- Softcopy (in pdf format) of 1 or 2 selected publications within the context of the call.
Project description and supporting documents:
- A research proposal (max. 10 pages) including objectives, methodology, expected outcomes, and exploitation plans in a template to be provided.
- You will need to approach and get the approval of a supervisor before submitting your application.
- Ethics Self-Assessment declaration
